Petrit Halilaj at Tamayo Museum
As part of Petrit Halilaj’s “first solo exhibition in Latin America, showcasing how art is a medium through which he can explore and express complicated emotions about the history of his homeland and his identity” we were commissioned with the execution of La casa. This installation that seems to go through the museum concrete walls, is an eco of the wooden cast used by the artist for his parents family home built around 2010 in the small village of Runik, since their original home was destroyed during the Kosovo war.
Executive production team for La casa: LANZA (Abascal & Arienzo).
La casa and every other artwork design: Petrit Halilaj’s studio.
