Marika Vera

Marika Vera’s garments are characterized by working around the idea of eroticism. We wanted to translate that concept into architecture by playing with the idea of showing without revealing everything. That is why Marika Vera’s store in Colonia Roma is characterized by sinuous lines and evocative and mysterious spaces. The changing rooms and the area reserved for sex toys are covered by a layer of silk curtains and a second more porous layer, made of metallic curtain, which invite the visitor to enter that dream world. The palette is divided into a group of warm colors that refers to different skin tones and a group of reflective surfaces, either in the form of stainless steel or mirror.
